1. Single Purpose

The sole purpose of the FreightFlow-AI Invoice Uploader is to allow authorized dispatch personnel to securely upload dispatch invoice documents (PDFs and images) in bulk directly to their company's branches on the Coslo Genex Platform (https://app.coslogenex.com) and trigger automated background AI extraction.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We are committed to user privacy. The extension only accesses the minimum necessary data to perform its single purpose:

• Authentication Information (Cookies): The extension accesses session cookies strictly for the domain https://app.coslogenex.com to authenticate your user session and verify you have the required DELIVERY_ADD_INVOICE permission on your target branches. We do not store or transmit these cookies elsewhere.
• Website Content (Uploaded Files): The extension reads only the local PDF and image invoice files that you explicitly select, drag, or drop into the extension interface. These files are securely transmitted directly to your company's private R2 cloud storage.

3. Data Protection and Transfers

• We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties.
• All data is processed strictly through HTTPS encrypted connections directly to your private, authorized Coslo Genex dashboard.
• We do not collect or monitor your general browsing history, personal communication, location, or website activity on other domains.

4. Certifications

We certify that our data practices fully comply with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the Limited Use requirements.
